The JCC Publisher and editor are always ready to publish corrections, retractions, clarifications, and apologies if required.

In the JCC Open Access journal, all published articles are open access and available to share, read, and download immediately and freely. Published article in the JCC title is under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution- International License (CC-BY) which users are permitted to reuse portions or extracts from the article in other studies, download, read, download for text and data mining goals, print, translate the article, and redistribute or republish the article (such as showing in a repository). The similarity of all submitted manuscripts is checked via a trustworthy software named iThenticate to be confident about its originality and thus rigorously peer-reviewed through international reviewers.

The copyright holder(s) and author(s) grant(s) to all users a worldwide, unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable right of access to, and a license to use, copy, spread, as well as transmit and show the work publicly in any digital medium for any responsible goal subject to appropriate credit for the authorship, and also the right to provide small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.

A full version of the article and all supplemental materials such as a copy of the permission as mentioned above, in a proper standard electronic format, is placed immediately upon primary publication in at least one online source where a scholarly society, academic institution, government agency, or another well-established organization supports and pursues to facilitate open access, interoperability, free distribution and long-standing archiving.
